    Pet policy

    Many of our properties are pet-friendly. If a property allows pets, a refundable pet deposit is required as well as a signed pet agreement attached to the lease. The pet deposit is $250 for the first pet & $100 for each additional pet. The pet deposit is fully refundable depending on damages.

    For insurance reasons, we cannot allow Akita, Charpei, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Pit Bull (Staffordshire Terrier), Rottweiler, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Wolf/Dog hybrids, mixed breeds of any of the above listed dogs and any dog known to have vicious tendencies or known to have bitten anyone on any of our properties. Ferrets are not allowed.
