    Roommate Transfer

    A roommate transfer is applicable in these situations:

  • At least one resident is staying at the property but the others are moving out and need to be taken off the lease
  • A new roommate needs to be added to the lease

    The fee is $100 and is due before the transfer can take effect. We have the roommate transfer form here at the office that can also be emailed. All remaining, new, & moving tenants must sign the roommate transfer form.

    Any new tenants must submit an application as well as the $30 application fee for processing to be put on the lease. Do not have them move in until we have approved their application & revised the lease.

    Any deposit stays with the property, Armadillo will NOT return any security deposit to any tenant in a roommate transfer. This should be decided among the residents.
